Ocean Township Police seek help in locating armed robbers

assetContentAn occupied Spruce Ave. home in the Wanamassa section of Ocean Township was invaded by two armed men on Saturday evening, December 13, according to an announcement by the Township Police Department.

No one was injured when the two armed men entered the single family home and pointed handguns at the residents.  The two men took personal property from the residents and fled the scene.

Officers responded at 8:30 p.m.

Suspect #1 was described as a black male in his mid twenties, 5’10” in height wearing a Champion brand hooded sweatshirt.

Suspect #2 was described as a black male, also in his mid twenties,. Approximately 6’03” in height and was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, dark shoes and a black mask covering his face. Both men were armed with black handguns.
