That sums it all up. Clueless as ever.
I was driving in the storm the other day looking at the large tree limbs hanging over the road and a few trees that were tilting over the road and thinking these should automatically and be mandatory that they are cut down in all towns. This is a terrible that this has happened and is not the first time.
