Why do we have public employee unions in NJ?
They are enabled by the laws created by the politicians we elect, presumably to run our government efficiently. Public employee unions do not increase the efficient use of taxpayer funds. Wouldn’t NJ tacpayers be better off if public unions were eliminated?
Taxpayers could pay fair market value for employees that would get raises when they did good jobs instead of for living another year.
Doesn’t that make sense?
