    I am in this exact boat. The RREM program is helping and I am finally awaiting my first check….the red tape hurdles have been almost overwhelming….chief among the issues I faced was the constant turnover of personnel at RREM or the construction engineering oversight firm. At one point I waited months after e-mailing, calling (why wasn’t VM’s being monitored, who was running this show?) only to find out my rep was gone…..
