Could you possibly get the justifications the four senators representing Monmouth County had in voting against this? Beck I see didn’t vote at all. What kind of cowardly thing is that? Did she think it was politically safe and expedient not to vote, than vote at all?
Why “represent” your constituents, if you don’t vote. She should have just stayed home, and become a no-show government employee like Christie.
