Pallone calls Ferguson Grand Jury decision a “failure of justice”

Pallone njtv senate debateCongressman Frank Pallone issued the following statement regarding the St. Louis County, Missouri Grand Jury’s decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown:

“The St. Louis County Grand Jury’s decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson is a failure of our justice system.  The principle of ‘Equal Justice under Law’ must apply to all Americans.  My thoughts and prayers are with Michael Brown’s family, especially his parents, who have endured such unimaginable pain and hardship over these past few months.”

Pallone’s statement is disgraceful and beneath his office.  He did not sit on the Grand Jury and hear the evidence.

Monmouth County GOP Chairman Shaun Golden, Middlesex County GOP Chairman Sam Thompson and the New Jersey Republican Congressional Caucus members should start recruiting a candidate to defeat Pallone in 2016 and start raising money for that campaign immediately.

Pallone is a radical liberal extremist who does not represent the people of the 6th Congressional District.  He can be defeated and he should be defeated.  Defeating him will take a will, a plan and money. It can be done and it should be done.

I’ll trust a Federal Prosecutor over Frank Pallone and the race baiting crowd.

    Rudy Guiliani

“The prosecutor would have been destroyed in a trial by any good defense attorney. – Anyone who thinks this case should have gone to trial doesn’t understand our justice system. – There was no case here – The long term solution is not training the police – (paraphrasing it’s in the community”

    Frank Pallone, you are wrong.

What does Frank think about Bill Cosby and perhaps the Real War on Women?

Hey Frankie, the Prosecutor is a democrat, the Mayor of Ferguson is a democrat….since you’re allegedly a democrat leader, you are just as responsible for Brown’s death. That statement makes as much sense as does your statement.

Frankie, I wasn’t there, you weren’t there. You have absolutely NO idea what happened. The Grand Jury heard testimony about facts, not ideology based upon racist theology and activist baloney. We remember Al “Tawana Brawley” Sharpton.

By the way, has Al’s “National Action Network” ever paid their back taxes yet? Why isn’t he in jail, or is there one standard for black delinquent taxpayers and another for whites and Latinos?

You leftist hypocrites are all cut from the same cloth, regardless of race, color, creed, sexual orientation, or ethnic background.

Frankie, didn’t your oath of office include supporting the constitution? Don’t policemen also have constitutional rights? Or are constitutional rights only for your supporters?

    You are a disgrace.

Not one dime of taxpayers’ monies should be used to rebuild Ferguson after these “protestors” burned those buildings. Have the protestors rebuild Ferguson on their dime.

  7. Here's a news flash... said at 5:13 pm on November 25th, 2014:

Michael Brown’s stepfather last night repeatedly urged protesters to “Burn this bitch down” after a prosecutor announced that no criminal charges would be filed against the Ferguson, Missouri police officer who killed the unarmed teenager.

Louis Head, an ex-con who is married to Brown’s mother, Lesley McSpadden, was with McSpadden outside the Ferguson Police Department headquarters Monday evening as prosecutor Robert McCulloch disclosed that a grand jury declined to vote an indictment against Officer Darren Wilson in the August 9 shooting.

After consoling a weeping McSpadden, the 38-year-old Head–who was standing atop a platform in the middle of the agitated crowd of several hundred protesters–began screaming “Burn this bitch down!” He did this at least ten times, and at one point yelled for a microphone so that he could broadcast his incendiary message beyond the range of his unamplified voice.

While trying to incite the crowd, Head (pictured above) was wearing a commemorative t-shirt with the words “I Am Mike Brown” and a beanie, both of which bore a silkscreened photo of Brown in his high school cap and gown.

In the days preceding the grand jury announcement, McSpadden and Michael Brown, Sr. issued statements calling for peaceful protests in the wake of the panel’s decision. Head, however, counseled arson. After a night of chaos and rioting in Ferguson, at least 10 businesses and two police cars were destroyed or damaged by fire, and 61 individuals were arrested.

Head is an ex-convict whose rap sheet includes two felony narcotics convictions, according to state records. He pleaded guilty in 1997 to a marijuana distribution charge and was put in a shock incarceration program and placed on probation for five years. After violating probation, Head’s release was revoked and he was remanded to state prison.

In mid-2003, Head was charged with narcotics trafficking, a felony count to which he later pleaded guilty. The St. Louis native was sentenced to seven years in prison. He was released in June 2008 after serving about five years in custody.

Along with McSpadden, Head is at the center of an ongoing Feguson Police Department investigation of an incident last month during which three vendors selling commemorative Michael Brown merchandise were assaulted. One of the victims, Michael Brown, Sr.’s mother-in-law, identified McSpadden and Head as among the “attackers” who ransacked her stands and stole $400 in cash and merchandise valued at $1500.

According to USA Today, McSpadden and Head were married earlier this year, before Brown’s killing.

I wonder if Frank Pallone will demand an investigation into this thug’s inciting violence?

    @ Here’s a newsflash

Ah, maybe we should send the bills for the burned out buildings to the step father, eh” 🙂

Yes, what a role model he was for Micheal Brown.

    @ Tom Stokes

Thanks for a great idea that I can use on that “War On Women” theme. Really.

  9. They used to say to rioters and agitators: said at 11:46 pm on November 25th, 2014:

if you cause death and destruction, we’ll “shoot to kill”…since today’s political correctness won’t allow that, here’s an idea: if your protests turn to violence, we’re going to arrest you: and, if you’re on any kind of public assistance, you’re done, no more taxpayer subsidies: go to work. Think that’d cut down on some if it? Why don’t the hapless, helpless politicians ever come up with different, effective solutions? The fact that these domestic terrorists destroyed local businesses run mostly by minorities, is yet another self- inflicted wound: that we get to fix..so destructive and detrimental to our entire society: and, where are personal consequences for negative personal behaviors and choices? We are rotting from the inside, and it’s wrong, and so heartbreaking.

  10. Oh, Frank, said at 11:53 pm on November 25th, 2014:

you are just so “last century!” Please retire and get out: it won’t be any fun for you now, sitting in the back if the chamber with the minority party, anyhow: you can come home for once, and run Long Branch,or the used car lot, or something: oh, wait, forgot: no need, he’s got the world’s best pension and benefits, for life! Courtesy of us: ugh!!

  11. Mark Warner said at 2:13 pm on November 26th, 2014:

Pallone is a major contender for the douche bag hall of fame!

  12. Give me a break said at 11:32 pm on November 26th, 2014:

Shut up Pallone you politically correct dunce. Only a real craven weakling would utter something so stupid. It is frightening that someone so clueless is a senior member in Congress. Tomorrow for Thanksgiving, I will remember Officer Wilson in my prayers and thank God that we have men and women like him to protect us from thugs and violent sociopaths like Michael Brown.

vote-getting Republican officials have sat back, letting the brave, under- funded few brave souls do it,protecting themselves from arguably the toughest Dem to try and defeat, so the party has mostly given Frankie a free pass, to continue his leftist votes against the people. The line will be extending down the block, (with much division, pushing and shoving,) the moment he or Smith retire, with a much easier go, to get to the promised land, of congressperson- with the lavish benefits and prestige that title confers. So, you chickens, here’s the challenge for ya: with an abysmal presidency fading, 2016 is the year to step up, with your prior big-vote wins, to give a really tough race a go! Any takers??
