Lunch Break Toy Giving Program Starts in October

Lunch Break Adopt-A-Family (Toy Giving Program) MUST REGISTER in Person

Adopt-a-Family Sign-Ups will begin Wednesday, October 1
and continue throughout the month of October
Open to newborns and children to 15 years of age.

Sign-ups will be conducted , Mon.-Fri. 2:30pm-4:30pm
& Saturdays 9am-12pm.
at Lunch Break, 103B Drs James Parker Blvd, Red Bank,
Please make sure you have all the proper & original
identification listed below. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS
Photo ID of parent or guardian (license, State ID, or Passport)
Proof of address: rent receipt/lease or current utility bill (the
name on the paperwork must be the same as the person registering)
Original Birth Certificate for each child (parent or guardians name
must be on paperwork)
If legal guardian, must show original legal proof of guardianship.

For parents wishing to sign children up between the ages
of 16-18 years of age please contact
