Kim as a former really good prosecutor/ attorney would be dumb enough to say anything that could implicate herself- down boys, who don’t like her or the pension system!!.. She is smarter and tougher than this admin. has allowed her to be.. Sometimes the other person on the bench suffers as much or more than the dope(s) that created the mess.

Kim’s best days as an assistant prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York (based in Brooklyn) are long gone. The best thing that ever happened to Kim was meeting her husband Michael there. I believe they worked for a Mr. Sterling, who was the chief of Narcotics prosecution. But I digress, my memory is getting fuzzy with age.

I am perplexed by your statement “down boys–who don’t like her or the pension system.” What does that mean? Kim is a very likeable person. She will do anything for a friend. There is nothing wrong with the pension system–there is however something very wrong when you manipulate and use deceit in order to help a friend–at taxpayer expense, and in violation of certain existing rules and regulations. These things will be coming out soon. As you know, it’s been the worst kept secret. Now the worst kept secret will be used to show a pattern of tangled webs and lies. See the below link–it epitomizes what is about to come.

a couple of folks who frequent this blog and constantly whine about one of her undersheriffs who is on a pension but also got the job- like hundreds of retirees in this state-the moment she is mentioned, she gets trashed, and we believe at least one of the complainers was promised job by one of her opponents, and subsequently,as Sheriff aGolden has whupped his last two opponents, twice.. People who win get to hire whom they wish..

  4. I agree with you said at 9:57 am on January 22nd, 2014:

People when they win can hire whomever they want. But did you read the story? This is so much more than hiring who you want–there is so much evidence through Freedom of Information requests of fraud. Didn’t you read that, or are you selectively filtering out that part? If I read correctly, you cannot collect a pension and at the same time collect a salary in certain positions. It seems to me Guadagno lied about this persons position. But, I guess your ok with that. Just more evidence of her obfuscations and lies. It’s looking to me more and more she did what Mayor Zimmer claims she did.
