One of the biggesgt flaws in current COAH regs is that no credit is given for any housing that was constructed prior to 1981 that otherwise would be considered affordable. This is unfair to many municipalites where the majority of its housing was built (and land developed) prior to that time.

landlordslumlord and I rent a house AT AN AFFORDABLE RATE to some people of questionable immigration and gang affiliation status that the local police pretend do not live here illegally and ignore and who I suspect might be gay. Can I get a property tax credit for providing affordable housing to gay illegal gang members????Signed,
