Christie to visit Asbury Park on Monday August 20
Governor Chris Christie will be holding a press conference on the Asbury Park boardwalk tomorrow afternoon, Monday August 20.
Following his meeting the press at 3PM, Christie is scheduled to greet boardwalk patrons and beach goers along the boardwalk and emphasize the importance of clean beaches and waterways to the New Jersey shore economy.
If anyone among my More Monmouth Musings contributors has a hook into the Governor’s people could you do me a favor and ask him where does his Executive Order #2 and his silence on the transfer of fracking waste water and chemicals into New Jersey fit into his concern about the environmental quality of our ocean and beaches? Thanks, just looking to move a discussion of real, common sense, non partisan issues along. We all could use the change.
I hope Chris Christie enjoys his visit to New Jersey.
From the paper supposedly of everybody’s “record”
Might be of interest to the BMOC before he meets the press and public today.

If he is truly concerned about beaches and waterways, he would be doing more than he has been doing when it comes to saving and restoring Barnegat Bay — all of it.
Just came back from the Governor’s meet and greet. He, as usual, was light on his feet and held the situation under control. The press portion at least, didn’t stay for the “town meeting” walk down the boardwalk.
The press was their usual selves as well, we had the usual current event questions, current as in what did you say to Mr. Romney, when did you find out you wouldn’t be the VP pick, how do you want to answer the drop in expected revenue questions from the democrats.
Not one, not a single word from either the Governor nor the press on any issue that came even remotely close to the environment, land or sea.
Another day on the political carousel.
Please just shut the frack up.
AHHHHHHHHHHH, no.
TR- I already know the below link will lead you to a video with Ed Begley in it. It also has some less well known, private citizens who are living in fracked environments. It might, just might, give you a start on understanding a word you have used in a pejorative context. The process is pejorative the word is just another substitute for the intellectual ghetto prevalent among TRUE anythings.
