   If you increase tolls, less people will come. If less people come, all of us suffer. A toll increase IS a tax increase.

   Governor, you promised not to raise taxes. Please keep your promise. Please don’t increase tolls. (Those tolls can’t be increased a penny without your approval.)

   I’ll tax your street!”
