Gate Crasher

Guess who showed up uninvited to an intimate gathering of Monmouth County Republican leaders at the home of Diane and Mickey Gooch on Tuesday evening.

The invitation only event was first intended to introduce those invited to Sam Raia, the new NJ GOP chairman.  Raia cancelled on Monday, but the Gooches went ahead with the event in order for their friends to get to meet Monmouth County Freeholder contenders Andrew Lucas, George Newberry and Gary Rich.

Someone showed up uninvited.  I bet you guess who it was on the first try.

    No way Andy was there. He specifically told me during the Freeholders debate, the last week of October, he wasn’t running for Freeholder.

    Say it aint so Andy.

    She has lost all sense of etiquette and appropriateness, acting strangely deranged as she inserts herself repeatedly in places where she simply is not welcome. This will end in tears.

    Anna Little’s request for donations via her Christmas card and the followup request for donations to pay for the trip to the Tea Party event out west finally moved me out of any support for any of her future efforts.

    Hmm sad. I was there and thought Dianne was holding out an olive branch. I was happy to see Anna there. I thought the party was healing. The invite was from the chairmen. It was a political event not a private party. Dianne is the vice chair. All elected officials, chairs and vips were invited. Excluding Anna is just petty and makes no sense. She is a previous mayor and freeholder. Anna had an invite, I saw Rob with it when they came in. If we are going to move forward as party we need to leave the personal stuff at the door.

    now we know at last how to find out who the “vip’s” are.. got the “A” list, Art?.. that way, any “aspiring” vip-er’s will know if/when they’ve finally “arrived!”..

    private party
    you either were not there or you are a liar. It was a private party in a private home. not all chairs were invited and few attended. Anna was not invited and was not welcomed at this event. She has to stop. At this point she is nothing but pathetic and even that is getting old.
