The blurb above is a shout out that Frank Pallone gave to Monmouth County Democratic Chairman Vic Scudiery on facebook.

Pallone joined former Governor Jon Corzine in asking Scudiery to resign as chairman in 2006. Scudiery refused.

How is he being phoney? He isn’t saying anything good about Victor in the post. He is just saying he has been chairman for 21 years. In fact he could be saying that 21 years is too many LOL
