Alleged Rapist/Probation Officer Charged With Witness Tampering
Henry G. Cirignano of Wall, the probation officer charged with Official Misconduct and 2 counts of second degree Sexual Assault for coercing a women under his supervision into sexual activity in February, was arrested again on Monday, April 1 and charged with multiple offenses including witness tampering and making terroristic threats, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J.
