Impreveduto Is Running For Monmouth County Freeholder

Holmdel Township Committeeman Patrick Impreveduto is running for the Monmouth County Freeholder seat being vacated by Gary Rich.

In his letter to Monmouth GOP County Committee members, Impreveduto said,

The Holmdel Township Police Benevolent Association #239 is proud to endorse Freeholder Deputy Director Serena DiMaso for re-election. In her years as Freeholder, Serena DiMaso has been a constant advocate for law enforcement, making sure we have what we need to do our job to the best of our abilities and keep our communities safe.

As a former Mayor of Holmdel, DiMaso cultivated a strong relationship with the police department. She stepped in when needed to address issues, but always had our back. As a member of the local First Aid Squad, Serena dedicates herself to public service in all aspects. She responds 24/7 to emergencies as any other member of the squad and works hand in hand with the police department to care for our residents. Trump to appear at Hindu charity event in Holmdel

trumpGOP presidential nominee Donald Trump is scheduled to appear at charity event at the PNC Arts Center in Holmdel on Saturday, September 24.  The event, sponsored by the Republican Hindu Coalition, will raise money for Hindu terror victims, according to an announcement on the RHC’s facebook page.

The Republican Hindu Coalition is modeled after the Republican Jewish Coalition and seeks to become a unique bridge between the Hindu-American community and Republican Leaders.

The event will start at noon and go all day, according to the announcement.  There are 10,000 tickets available @$29 each.

PNC Arts Center Shooting Update

assetContentTwo people were shot in Lot 4 of of the PNC Arts Center in Holmdel at 11:14 pm last night, according to the New Jersey State Police.

Both victims transported via Medvac helicopter to Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune where they are in critical but stable condition.  Reports that one of the victims had died last night are inaccurate.

The search for the shooter who fled into a wooded area is continuing .  The State Police are asking that anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information to contact NJSP Detectives at 732-441-4550.
