The U.S. Coast Guard is reminding recreational anglers in possession of Striped Bass in the Exclusive Economic Zone, 3-200 miles offshore, face potential fines of $500 per fish—more if the party possesses more than five fish, according to an announcement by the Guard’s Atlantic City Detachment.
