Marc Zayas, the 18 year old man accused of shooting an 18 years old Neptune City man in Long Branch on November 15, was arrested on Monday November 19 following an intense manhunt, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni announced this morning.
Gramiccioni’s announcement did not say where the arrest occurred. Spokesman Chris Swendeman said Zayas was arrested in New Jersey.

Marco Antonio Rosa Moreira, 45 of the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township, was gunned down in a Long Branch restaurant on Tuesday while dining with the ex-girl friend of his accussed killer and her family, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
Miguel Leal Câmara, a 40 year old illegal immigrant, was charged with Moreira’s murder. Christopher Swendeman, spokesman for the Prosecutor’s Office, confirmed Câmara illegal status which was first reported by MMM earlier this afternoon. Swendeman did not immediatley know the immigration status of the victim.

Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni
William McMahon, 64 of Keansburg, was arrested by investigators of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and the Department Homeland Security on Friday, August 3 and charged with one count each of second degree Attempted Sexual Assault, second degree Luring or Enticing Child, third degree Attempted Endangering the Welfare of a Child, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
McMahon’s arrest was the result of an undercover investigation conducted by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Computer Crimes Unit and Monmouth County Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force that commenced in late July. An undercover detective, posing as a 14-year old boy, responded to an-online posting by McMahon seeking to have a “sleep over” with the child. During the course of further on-line discussions, McMahon made clear his interest in having sex with the juvenile.
