An Open Letter of Thanks
From the Desk of Christine Giordano Hanlon, Monmouth Republican State Committeewoman
Dear Monmouth County Committee Members and Fellow Republicans:
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my supporters who stood behind me in my candidacy for Monmouth Republican Chair. Your support has meant a great deal to me and I will be eternally grateful.
I would also like to reiterate my congratulations to our new County Chairman, John Bennett. I wish him well in his Chairmanship.
We must now come together to focus on that which is most important – continuing to work toward the election of Republicans at every level of government. As Abraham Lincoln once said, “a house divided cannot stand.” Monmouth Republicans cannot be a house divided.
We have many challenges ahead. We must work together to elect our local and county candidates, and to send Republicans toWashington so that we can begin moving our nation back in the right direction. Monmouth County will play a critical role in the election of Mitt Romney and Joe Kyrillos, and must set the standard for the rest of the State. I look forward to working with all of you in the future to accomplish these goals.
Respectfully,
Christine G. Hanlon
There are MANY TALENTED people in the Monmouth County GOP — Ms. Hanlon’s obviously one of them.
OK — let’s move ahead!
Any fundraising letters from the ethically challenged career politicians running the GOP will be quickly deposited in the circular file. The best thing this conservative can do is vote with his feet.
Will the new Chairman come on MMM to invite all County Committee to the “Unity” meeting?
She should be chair. What a disappointment.
Thanks Christine for everything you have done for the Republican party. Monmouth County salutes your dedication and hard work, past, present and future.
Sen Kyrillos and Gov. Romney’s campaigns will be blessed to have you working hard for them now.
Onto victory for our party in November.
It was an honor to work alongside of you!
Good move on the part of Chris. Did this go out to all as well, or just posted here? My husband, County Committee, did not get this thanks via email and he does not look at this or any other blogs, so I will make a point to show it to him tonight.
He also was one who originally did not receive the referred to “Unity” email, but several days later did get it forwarded from another CC member. It appears it was random who did/did not get the one coming from the County email list. I am SURE there are many readers who have it — did any pass on to Art Gallagher so he could post??
@ Very nice
Thanks for passing this on to your husband. Christine’s letter is the final piece of her advertising campaign.
I was forwarded the Unity email the evening before I wrote a story about it. It was not sent to me directly. I don’t presume that the Chairman wants to use MMM to get his message out.
