Monmouth Tea Party Coalition Endorses Anna Little in CD-6
By Frank Cotton
Last election Anna Little proved to be someone that would represent the people and not party politics. She has endured hostile treatment by former supporters that appear to be “party centered” and not concerned with the decay and downward direction of our country.
Recently members of the MCTPC reviewed candidates for congress and the backing they have received and used this as a “beacon of light”. We are very disgusted with the politics and the continued effort of those in both parties to not put forth constitutionally leaning candidates yet these parties swore an oath of allegiance to our U.S. Constitution. Only Anna Little has proven to be for Americans whether they are conservative or the “useful idiots” of the globalists. Therefore we proudly support Anna Little because it is clear Anna Little is not only older, but has proven to be best committed to people’s freedoms and restoring American greatness. She would never say “after this election I can be more flexible“.
Many say “our congress is now leaning more conservative so why bother?” Well this current congress has no clue, they don’t over-ride executive orders, they haven’t de-funded fascist political hidden agendas and have done nothing to audit our federal expenditures. Where is the outrage? It saddens many of us that so many people don’t realize our constitution declares our rights and shouldn’t be looked at as an outdated document. It provides for checks and balances and basic fundamental rights have not diminished due to TV, electricity, computers and the availability of cross state travel.
We put our trust in Anna Little and those folks who are tired and feel it’s not worthwhile to vote. We trust they will see the light and be engaged and await the long hard battle (here we go again) to victory.
Didn’t the Tea Party groups endorse Michele Bachmann, then Herman Cain, then Newt for a while, Huntsman at some point, then Santorum until he quit and now ??? Note they never got behind Ron Paul who is the only guy who seems to have read the US Constitution or talks about being Taxed Enough Already. Seems like they are banking on Middlesex out voting Monmouth (which is more than likely) so that they can claim to be relevant.
“Recently members of the MCTPC reviewed candidates for congress”
To the best of my knowledge Ernesto Cullari did not speak or address the MCTPC.
It’s quite a shame that the group did not have both candidates come before them when making a decision.
So much for fairness and openness in the MCTPC.
I’m still trying to figure out if those “fascist agendas” are hidden…how they know about them.
Well, that pretty much seals it……………….for Ernesto.
of the Tea Party – pick the worst candidate just because she kisses up to them the most.
“has endured hostile treatment by former supporters that appear to be “party centered”
Really ? It was Anna who spent all her time going to every two bit Republican rubber chicken fund raiser instead of hitting the streets in Middlesex county and making phone calls to raise money like every one of her advisors told her too. Don’t get me started.
And exactly who is the MTPC. I never heard of them before.
Can this Tea Party group be any more ignorant and naive? They obviously don’t have any members from Highlands, who would have told them how Anna screwed her own neighbors and constituents. You see, this is what happened. Highlands, Anna’s hometown, had the good sense not to support her the last time around. We were on to her a long time ago. So out of revenge Anna gave them a screw you by teaming up with the two liberal Democrats to give the police union a huge giveaway. This is who the Tea Party supports? They have lost all credibility. There is hope though. Ernesto seems like a stand up guy and is just the type of candidate (hispanic, Asbury Park) who can cut into Pallone’s usually solid base. I urge everyone to support Cullari and teach Anna a lesson for selling out the taxpayers in favor of the unions.
Isn’t Anna L the one who sent out lame Christmas cards 2 years ago but they were solicitations begging for more money and disguised as xmas cards ? I had interest in her before that and completely lost all respect with that move. That was a stereotypical “what’s in it for me” politician move that so many Monmouth political hacks suffer from. Its so obvious they are out for themselves and have selfish agendas. Who’s looking out for the taxpayer after being abused by NJ politicians for decades?
I have to both laugh and cry at the hostility displayed here. To answer the dim witted critics one by one, here goes:
Wipeswith TP:Different TP groups endorse whom THEY like. Some back Paul and other TP groups other candidates. The TP movement is grassroots and independent. Unlike the leftist hordes, there is no mother ship directing operations.
TheOverseer: MCTPC members heard
Ernesto at another TP group vetting session.
FormerSupporter and Give Me A Break; MCTPC is based in Keyport and operates in Aberdeen, Hazlet, Keyport, Matawan and Union Beach.
Just sayin…………….
Anna Little had a hissy fit which cost taxpayers in both Middletown and Highlands several $million—how does a group called Tax Enough Already support a tax-raiser????????????????????
If you raise local taxes and stab your successors in the back, while failing to tend to the job you were elected to do—ZERO council meetings attended in final year in office—why should this be rewarded???
TeaPartyDem – don’t be so smug. All you did was provide some insignificant, meaningless details. Why not address her union scam, her Christmas card fundraiser or her absence at every meeting in 2010?
Wow! Some of the comments really are entertaining (not good politics but entertaining)! The problem as I see it is the vetting process and the support to candidates that are expected and/or provided. Being named the party selection gives you the line however little else. Therefore, with a little luck, the candidate will be well-healed and have a strong track record either holding a public office or having run a campaign of some significance.
If those criteria do not exist, then it is a question of cannon fodder or worse with little of no chance of successfully winning the campaign. For all who wish to denigrate Anna Little, you must understand that she has most of the criteria that gives her a shot at winning against Pallone. That being track record, holding multiple local and county offices, running a viable and quite successful campaign against Pallone (without Monmouth County Republican support). Lacking is the ability to self fund through personal resources.
All things being equal, it was really a relative easy selection for the several Tea Parties that endorsed/support her in her efforts against Pallone. The only other candidate promoted by the Republican organization has none of the criteria hence it is really quite funny the way some folks are calling the Tea Party idiots (or worse) for supporting the candidates they vetted.
If someone can explain the county selections based upon the criteria that was used above I would be most interested. who knows, perhaps we all can learn something new of value.
For What Its Worth!
