Brookdale Community College is prosecuting an 18 year old African-American student for stealing a cup of ice.

Matawan-Aberdeen Middle School is a “no hugging zone.”

A Minnesota man was strip searched, jailed and then subject to a month of electronic monitoring for failing to put siding on his house.

After almost a year of fighting, Fair Haven gave a property owner permission to cut down his own tree.

    We’ve been complacent and let the government take over our freedoms incrementally to the point that we now live in a nanny state and freedom is a myth.

    …so completely screwed up this application they should all resign and fire the attorney on the way out.

    Everyone wanted that tree to come down except for the PB, who bent to the will of a couple of neighbors. The PB should t blame the law for their caving into neighborhood pressure.

    Last I looked Art, Brookdale is run by the all republican Freeholders…which ain’t exactly “my side”.

    Burnsville votes republican..and is represented in the state house by a republican….look it up.

    Fair Haven is republican…I don’t think you have to look that up.

    So, where does “my side” come in? Seems like the republicans are the ones that are taking away our rights.

None of these problems have affected you personally, and its certainly not by this administration, Which is the biggest cry of the Tea Party,now, is it. That’s what gets my goat. All those Tea Partiers wanting to “take the country back”…from where? Just like your mantra of where is a town governed better than Middletown, mine is what rights have been taken from you personally. No one has been able to answer me, and neither have you. But hey, nice try Art.

    Let me count the ways:

    I will have to buy healthcare whether I want to or not and from a cooperative of companies that the Federal Government will require the states to set up if they want to continue to get max medicare funding. If the states do not set up the cooperative then the Feds will come into the State and set it up themselves. One of the many examples of trampling on STATES RIGHTS.

    The Obama administration is doing an end run around the constitution and is working with the UN and INTERPOL to inact world wide legislation to enforce gun control similar to that of Australia

    Obama has signed more executive orders overriding the authority of congress in direct conflict of the consitition than any President in history

    Have you heard of Operation Fast and Furious. The Obama adminstration is in the gun running business

    Our own Federal Government is suing the State of Arizona and they have ask the Government of Mexico to join them in the suit. Are you kidding me our government joining another soverign nation in suit against one of its own states.

    The Obama adminstration has ask the Attorney General to research the legality of the President to sign an executive order to inact immagration amnesity.

    I could keep typing for hours. WAKE UP!
