Red Bank Mayor Menna says he’s not in ICU, does not have COVID-19 symptoms.

Red Bank Mayor Pasquale “Pat” Menna posted on facebook Saturday night that he walked himself into Riverview Medical Center on Wednesday for a preexisting medical condition and that he has not been treated in the Intensive Care Unit. He dated the post which appeared about 10 p.m., “Friday evening.”

Menna said that he is not presenting symptoms of COVID-19. “…
my coughing, fever and other indicia are within normal limits. ” He said he has been tested for the virus, but has not yet received the results.

Menna said that he has been in touch with Red Bank officials throughout his hospital stay. He thanked the staff of Hackensack Meridian Health for the quality of his care.
