    Courts should enforce the law. If the law needs to be changed they should ask the legislatures to consider those changes. Isn’t that how the branches of government are supposed to work?

    In my experience the NJ Courts are a cesspool of inbred lawyers and judges that have perfected a system that enriches themselves and denies equal protection, fair consideration of facts, and justice to ordinary people. That’s the branch in the worst condition, and the bar is pretty low.
