By Art Gallagher
Governor Chris Christie will hold a Town Hall meeting in Middletown on Wednesday, January 26 at 11am, according to Mayor Tony Fiore.
The meeting will be held at VFW Post #2179 on Route 36 in the Port Monmouth section of the township. The doors will open at 10:30 am.
—-and the Bayshore Tea Party Group has issued a formal invitation to the Governor to stop by our Headquarters to inspect/check out our facility. (we are the only TP with a formal headquarters, a space paid for by members totally devoted to the cause) Hope he can make it. And, if not this time, another time. BTPG is the happening place, for sure–it is definitely in his interests to be aligned with us. Please come, Chris—we’d love to have you.
some of us in NJ are still lucky enough to be working, that’s an odd time to expect a crowd..hoping he’ll have some thoughts on cutting waste, fraud, abuse, unfunded mandates for towns, and some wasteful, useless grants and programs, and not just continuing punishing regular, one-job, one pension public emp’s.,for a change.
I wouldn’t miss it for the world..Can’t wait to hear his agenda. I have supported him since his election. I am a victim of the 2008 layoffs, still no full time job, however, I work part-time and can attend.
