Chris Smith is New Jersey’s only GOP Congressman to break 60%
Congressman Chris Smith easily defeated his Democratic challenger, Brian Froelich of Spring Lake, to earn his 17th term in the House of Representative. Smith new 4th district includes most of Monmouth County and parts of Ocean and Mercer County.
With 68% of the vote, Smith is the only Republican in the New Jersey delegation to break 60%.
God bless Chris Smith. No one in the Congress does more to defend the unborn than does Congressman Smith. He is a modern day St. Thomas More.
Digging deep for positive press for the GOP, aren’t we?
My thanks to all at monmouth musings for helping the governor see the light of all those latin lovers, so fast, so shiny, so sharp, instead of all them boys in their high heels, ah, Sandy, you were right, their skins were too white. He got off the tilt a whirl caught shirt and all. Oh Sandy the aurora is still rising around, above, and behind us all. Madame Marie was finally set free.
NJ gets “bluer”all the time: Jersey City started it some 50 yrs ago. Followed by Brooklyn,Bronx, Staten Island, etc. they moved down here for the better life at the shore, and brought their voting habits with them. We have been fighting for every win, ever since. Glad everyone knows someone named Smith, our electorate is so bright and informed, this Smith is a true public servant and I thank him and wish him the best in his fight for some sanity- we need him more than ever, now! Watch the battles next year: I doubt we’ll ever see a Rep. Majority in the legislature again! The trick is to keep moving to a red state,to stay ahead of the lib destruction, if you can!
They are like parasites—Dems kill one host and move on to another—-Red States are our only hope now……………
I suggest a third party be formed, the VLRA, Vince Lombardi Rest Area, “It isn’t how you play the game, it is all about who wins and who loses”. Members would be able to recognize each other by the distinctive coon skin caps they would wear and the ruffled racoon tail salute they give each other upon meeting. Detailed instructions to follow but you can get a hint of the salute by watching any re-runs of the Honeymooners when Ralph and Norton are dressed to the 7’s to attend the Loyal Order of Racoon functions.
