Christopher Gramiccioni, the Monmouth County Prosecutor, has a history of treating leniently those who view child pornography. If you doubt that, just ask ask Peter Tumblety. Gramiccioni thought probation was a sufficient punishment for that particular fan of kiddie porn. Please see:

Probation for kiddie porn? New Jersey’s constitution needs to be amended. New Jersey’s Attorney General and all 21 county prosecutors should be directly elected by the people.
This hit me right in the gut kind of knock the wind out of me i was very shocked to ssy the least. Thought I somewhat knew this.guy but i guess not because this is not who he said he was. Heart breaking for sure. And that he only knew me in my family. Still trying to wrap my head around this. WOW!
My first comment was suspossed to say and I’m glad he only knew me in my family and no one else. 10 years I’ve known him just goes to show how much you really know someone and how much people lie.
