Arrest Made In Keansburg Girl’s Murder

Andreas Erazo, 18, who lives in the same Keansburg apartment building that Abbiegal “Abbie” Smith called home, was arrested today for murder of the 11 year old girl.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office posted on their facebook page:

Neighbor arrested and charged in murder of 11-year-old Abbiegail Smith.
Andreas Erazo, 18, who lived in an upstairs apartment, facing murder and weapons charges is expected to appear in Judge English courtroom at 1:30 pm
Middlesex County Medical Examiner’s Office is expected to conduct an autopsy of the young girl today to determine the cause and manner of her death.

Abbie went missing on Wednesday night. Her body was found hear the Hancock Apartments where she lived on Thursday morning.
