Go Declan! The current crazy pension costs need to be fixed before everyone leaves NJ. The government is supposed to function for the citizens, and the services should be acquired at a fair market value in a free market system. The current system of political paybacks and above market compensation (e.g. Prevailing Wage rates near $100/hr) cheat the people that government is supposed to serve.
