    It’s no secret that the so-called bi-partisan panel is going to come up with the recommendations that the governor wants.

    Just like the Mastro report that investigated the governor, and ultimately exonerated the governor (at a cool cost of 6 million dollars) without interviewing the key 5 players in Bridgegate.
