Despite a huge pile of evidence against Habel, he apparently turned down a plea deal.
He left a lot of wreckage in the Wall Twp School system and once convicted, I hope he gets the book thrown at him.
And— no one realized what was happening in his district? Not the Board of Education? Aren’t they responsible for oversight? Is there no accountability there? Honestly, the guy didn’t do this without anyone noticing.
