On Thursday, September 4th, TRT invited the public
to a relaxing, casual, jean-wearing look at a rehearsal fo
the upcoming “THE SCHOOL FOR WIVES

Along with Director, Mark Wing-Davey and
three of the cast members, we sat back and enjoyed
a view of the actors side of what goes on in putting on a play.

We watched as Robert Stanton, Phillipa Soo and Korey Jackson
showed us a scene of this soon to be marvelous play by the Playwright,
Moliere (1622-1673), one of France’s greatest playwrights,
One of the greatest comic playwrights ever.

It was exciting to see them portraying the roles of
Arnolphe (Robert), Agnes (Phillipa) and Horace (Korey as
they interacted and repeated their lines trying to get that right feeling and flow.

After questions were asked and answers provided by all,
we went out to the lobby to mix, mingle and nosh on delicious cookies
with coffee or tea.
