Christie led Republican Governors Association sets fundraising record
The Republican Governors Association raised $6 million in January, despite what many thought could be crippling problems at home for Chairman Chris Christie. The total haul is more than double what the association has raised during the same month anytime…
What no photos? That’s right all the candidates are running away from him n
Dem ……are you talking about Obama ?
it could be a positive indication that, out in the real world of the working, tax paying, law-abiding states, people are finally waking out of their “hope and change” coma, and realizing the country we know and love is in fact being “fundamentally changed,” but not in a good way! The Republican-led states and state legislators, with principle and guts, are frankly our last line of defense,to beat back the last of the Saul Alinsky “Rules for Radicals,” principles, which this administration is on a crash course to put us in subservient, total, central government- controlled, hell..
I will say that I would take Christie on his worst day over the likes of Rubio, Paul or Cruz on their best days. Speaking of Cruz, there is an interesting video of Cruz’s number one surrogate (his father) firing up the base at rally with a speech that appeals to religious bigots, racism and birthers not to mention numerous outright lies. He actually told the nuts in the audience Obama “should go back to Kenya.”. Have you seen that on Fox??…..I wonder if statements like that will hurt him or help him with primary voters?
Here is your own quote from another article: “calling names or put downs that what you do.”
Here is your own quote from above: “What no photos? That’s right all the candidates are running away from him n”
WHAT A HYPOCRITICAL LYING WEASEL YOU ARE. You attack people for doing exactly what you do.
But then, that’s a liberal for ya.
Jim Granelli
would vote for Cruz, Paul, Carson, West, Lee, Palin, Bachmann, any name you hate, or Mickey Mouse, frankly, before I’d vote for that Pres., the person at the VP’s house, the would- be lady nightmare, and/ or most of the space- fillers and self- preservationists in both houses of Congress, today! Whether you want to believe or accept it, more and more regular Americans are waking up out of their ” hope and change” coma, and realizing this bunch is in direct violation, every day, of our original US Declaration of Independence, US Constitution and Bill of Rights, and the 3- branches of our government: the pendulum needs to swing back in the other direction, and soon, because we want the Federalism of the states, and to go back to laws being done by the elected Congress, and NOT gov’t by Pres. Edict, or a law-making Court! We say, let your hero go be Pres. of the leftist UN, the entire continent of Africa, since he seems to really like that place, or go be governor of his”home state”, Hawaii, and the sooner, the better- Jan. 20, 2017, cannot come fast enough, for more and more of us “regular Joes,”who are sick of paying for those who are bribed, for votes,to not work, and sick of every aspect of our lives being regulated, and sick of the general downgrading of every good and unique part of our America, that so many died for, to protect! Believe it, accept it, it is finally going to happen: your socialist heroes are going down, one by one, starting this year.. It is long past enough, and long past time!
@ And I for one….would you make your vote for Cruz conditional on him disavowing his fathers disgusting bigoted remarks and in some cases outright falsehoods (such as his nutty claim that the President omits the words “under God” when he recites the Pledge Of Alligience? The said thing is that the people who hear his (Cruz Sr.) nonsense, don’t know any better and believe every word.
Well said.
Ignore English, he always looks for an excuse to vote liberal.
are not his own- we all have been at rallies where people try and stir up a crowd,(or, one can just watch CNN, MSNBC, of any other shill network of the left,) which has nothing to do with what he himself has shown us as a true and decent defender of our American Constitution and way of life! Getting caught and finding guilt by association or other lame excuses will not serve you as a voter or educated citizen well, in the long run. A major fault of the left is purposefully getting stuck on one associate, one opinion, one overexposed remark- thereby diluting the greater message/ performance of the actual person.. Do you denounce the daily assaults on the working and middle class, the dial egotistical rants on “I am here, I have a pen,” (- oh, really?) arrogance,of this Pres.? Or, any other myriad of the continuous dangerous and freedom- stealing activities of this Admin.? Likely, not!-time and truth will tell, if America is sufficiently awake enough to save us from these people, and, in retrospect, ourselves!
If calling out someone for their bigoted and racist remarks makes me a liberal, I am happy to plead guilty to that.
In this case his father is a lot more than “one associate.” His father has acted like Cruz’s number one surrogate and I’m sure is conveying the exact message that Sen. Cruz wants conveyed no matter how repulsive most people would find it.
From the sounds of it, you don’t sound like Cruz needs to disassociate himself from his fathers craziness…From the video I saw, the audience was buying every nutty word of it.
they assemble behind Pres. Edict? They don’t have to “buy” anything- we pay for them to get lots of free stuff! Sen Ted Cruz for President!!
” The said thing is that the people who hear his (Cruz Sr.) nonsense, don’t know any better and believe every word.”
You mean sir like the low information voters who believe in Obamamania, causing everyone to believes his proven lies?

You know, these kinds of people:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mm1KOBMg1Y8
Your support of the ACA is legendary despite the facts that several liberals have had it trying to defend it. Before you attack Fox News, not that there are not one but two die hard liberals mentioned in the following article.
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/02/12/fox-news-liberal-analyst-im-getting-fed-up-defending-obamacare/
You see Mr. English, YOU believe in everything that is told to you despite it being far from the truth.
Now Mr. English, please provide a link to the quotes from Mr. Cruz’s father before I respond to that situation. I haven’t seen any of the remarks so I am guessing at this point there isn’t much there otherwise the DNC shills in the media would be attacking on it everyday. But I would like to see the issue in full context.

P.S. I really wish Mr. Gallagher would allow the postings of photographs here. I would certainly commission a cartoon of Bob English holding back the flood waters of the thousands of failures that represent the boondoggle that Obamacare is.
Oh, and one more thing. While I am not necessarily leaning towards any candidate at this point, I’ll take this over any of today’s liberals:
http://cnsnews.com/news/article/susan-jones/cruz-calls-american-energy-renaissance-restore-economic-growth
I wouldn’t exactly trust Joe Scarborough. Rumors are that he’s considering his own run for President.

God Save Us – We Don’t Want No MSNBC Style – Smarmy Metrosexual Looking & Wishy Washy Moderate.
But somehow I am sure that Mr. English will be one of the first on the bandwagon.

Silence….you don’t seem to have any trouble finding links to off topic subjects… surprised you cant find this one. All you have to do is search under “Ted Cruz Sr.” (maybe add the words “nuts”) and there are several sites that posted the video of his crazy rant.
I do have to laugh at most of the above comments when all I did was point out what a Presidential candidates number one surrogate (his father) is actually saying to audiences…which I might add most people would find repulsive. In todays nutty world of Republican TP dominated right wing politics (with apologies to my sane Republican friends) that makes me the bad guy for drawing attention to what he actually said.
The reason I asked for a link was that I seem to remember that YOU always asked for such links as “proof,: and yet you failed provide one.
“No worries mate, I got this.”
So, in reference to your quote above, while I have not undertaken an exhaustive research of the speech by Senator Cruz’s father, I find this:
“firing up the base at rally with a speech that appeals to religious bigots, racism and birthers”
On your part, this is an overreaching and weak attempt to paint all Tea Partiers as bigots and racist and is interesting because you yourself don’t like to be stereotyped.
But you stereotype here.
Unbelievable
Now, please tell me what is wrong with Cruz Sr. saying this is a Christian nation because is was founded on Christian ideals.
Do you dispute that Mr. English? Or, are you rewriting history?
Second,
“We have our work cut out for us. We need to send Barack Obama to Chicago, I’d like to send him back to Kenya,” Cruz said to applause.
OMG, SUCH HORRIBLE LANGUAGE.
Do you just carelessly forget REALLY REALLY hateful Democrat campaign rhetoric, or is this a case of the pot calling the kettle black for you?
Try this on for size:
https://www.google.com/search?q=hateful+democratic+rhetoric&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
When YOU denounce every bit of the above hate, then and only then could you begin to consider denouncing Mr. Cruz, Sr.
Even then, I do not consider his comments “racist or bigoted.” That is YOUR interpretation and a weak one at that.
Maybe you should look at the other side of Mr. Cruz:
http://blog.heritage.org/2013/04/07/a-conversation-with-rafael-cruz-father-of-senator-ted-cruz/
Now about his charges that Obama is a “practicing Muslim”
There are plenty of reasons to believe Obama at the least has great sympathy for the Muslim cause, to the point of favoring it to the detriment of our country’s National Security. Note his attempt to relax restrictions on possible terrorists.
And there are plenty of reasons to believe he had a huge exposure to the religion. While the proof is not there on either side of the debate, anyone is entitled to their opinion.
I tend to think that exposure has corrupted his belief system, the belief system that should be protecting America first.
So, “what else you got” Bob?
BTW. didja all notice that Ray Nagin was convicted today of 20 counts of corruption.
How come our lost liberal brethren didn’t shout about that? I guess that would be due to their hypocritical attitudes.

All this RGA fundraising proves is that RINOs like Chris Christie are very good at raising money from Democrats like Mark Zuckerberg, David Tepper, David Samson and others who only care about manipulating politicians to feather their own nests. How much money does Chris Christie raise for independent Conservative PACS, like the ones supporting Tea Party candidates. We’ve already seen RINO Governors falling over themselves to embrace Obamacare and expand Medicaid in their respective states, just like Christie did in New Jersey. Thanks to Christie and other RINO Governors millions of deadbeats will be getting free medical care at taxpayer expense.
When Christie breaks fundraising records for independent Conservative and Tea Party PACs I’ll be impressed. Until then it’s just business as usual.
a puppy barking in the room. Someone let him out to pee, please
Puppies grow up to become big dogs, and when they do an awful lot of RINO incumbents will drop like flies and be replaced with real Conservatives who put adherence to the Constitution ahead of power and financial gain. Mitch McConnell will be the first to drop, and one-by-one the rest of the RINOs will drop as well.
Ted Cruz should disavow his father?
Did Obama disavow his abusive alcoholic father?
http://www.cnn.com/2013/12/20/politics/obama-father-abusive/
Right On, Right On, Right On
But, be careful now. We don’t want Mr. English’s head to start spinning.
Oh and BTW,
@ I hear…
Big dogs are only good if they have teeth. And from what we have seen, your friends at the BSTPG just chew on their gums, hiding their tails between their legs

Lets stop the nonsense.
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2013/10/31/ted-cruzs-father-in-2012-send-obama-back-to-kenya/
And if you listen to and believe nuts like Cruz Sr., you will go through life believing that Obama does not say “under God” when saying the Pledge Of Allegiance. Who is he trying to appeal to by telling that lie??
Simple question…if Obama is so awful, why not just tell the truth instead of making up outright lies in an attempt to appeal to racists and bigots?
That being Gov. Christie, how about a little “truth in reporting?”
http://www.nj.com/politics/index.ssf/2014/02/chris_christies_helicopter_did_not_fly_over_gwb_last_september_state_police_says.html#incart_most-comments
Oh, and Mr. English,
YOU please stop the nonsense.
If we continue to listen to nuts like the modern day Democrats, we’ll be bankrupt.
Ooops, we’re already there!
And talking about “truth in reporting,” why don’t you tell us the article you quoted was from liberal CNN. After all, you don’t want to believe Fox News. Why should we listen to an article from CNN?
…especially since that article by CNN highlighted a “A story by the (notoriously) left-leaning news organization Mother Jones highlights.” That’s like telling us it was a story from the Daily Kos.
Why do you dismiss the following quote from the article..
“These selective quotes, taken out of context, mischaracterize the substance of Pastor Cruz’s message. Like many Americans, he feels America is on the wrong track,” Rushton said.
But Rushton added that, “Pastor Cruz does not speak for the Senator.”
Why do you dismiss the fact that as a Christian Pastor, OF COURSE Mr. Cruz, Sr. believes America to be a Christian country.
You dismiss these things Mr. English because they discredit your position, but then; that’s what all liberals do.
And above all. you full well know many Democrats have used the same kind of (or far worse) rhetoric. I pointed you there with a link above but apparently you want to dismiss them as well.
So, please stop being such a hypocrite. Besides, Mr. Cruz’s father is not running for President.

@Silence Dogood: We’ll see how much “teeth” the Tea Party has when they take a bite out of Mitch McConnell and the rest of the RINO incumbents who will go down this year and be replaced by real Conservatives who will take back the Congress from the RINO and Socialist gangsters.
As to Chris Christie, his rich Democratic pals who have been paying for him up until now will abandon him like rats deserting a sinking ship.
We’re talking about the BSTPG’s lack of teeth, which I suspect you are a member of.
That said, fine; “off with McConnell’s head.” That of John Boehner as well. No difference with you on the issues.
It’s the moronic, childlike hyperbole you spew as well as your lack of understanding of the situation on the ground in N.J. as it pertains to actually grooming candidates and winning races.

Silence Dogood, Redux
Silence….nothing is being taken out of context..it’s a video of Cruz Sr. speaking in his own words lol!!!!..and fyi, rather than attacking me for bringing up the subject or attacking the websites or news organizations that posted the video, or making posts and links that have nothing to do with the topic, why don’t you actually watch the entire tape for yourself …..And after you do, if you are okay with Cruz’s racist and bigoted language in appeals for votes….fine…just say so. If you are not okay with racist and bigoted appeals for votes, why don’t you just say that??? It’s not hard to do, lol
If Chris Christie spends as much time raising money for real Conservatives here in New Jersey as he does campaigning with Democrats like Stack, DiVincenzo, Adubato, Norcross and Sweeney, then Murray Sabrin will take his place in the US Senate, as New Jersey’s next Junior Senator, alongside Ted Cruz and Rand Paul.
I stand by my words above. That’s all that needs to be said. If you can’t figure out what I meant by them, that is YOUR problem. Not mine.
Signed,
Silence Dogood, Redux
P.S @ Bayshore Puppy.
If you think Murray Sabrin will be the next NJ Senator, you do have a screw or two loose.
I think Murray has lost as many races as Lonegan. There comes a time when, if you can’t win races; you give it up. At least Anna Little figured that out.
