   Agree or disagree I like listening to the Gov as much as the next person and I would like a tax cut just like everyone else BUT with revenues for the current fy already coming in well below projections, it would seem to me that the D’s position of waiting until the end of the year (before implementing tax cuts) to see if the state is meeting the Gov’s revenue projections on which his budget is based would be the responsible thing to do.
