Yeah, That’s Freeholder material, right there.

    Game, Set, Match.

    Welcome Freeholder DiMaso!

When’s the last time you spent a Saturday morning volunteering and handing out gifts with an Optimist Club, to special-needs children, for the holidays?.. when will some people get over themselves, understand we CAN be humans, and have a little fun and levity in community service, besides being so judgmental and tight—–??.. find this assumption very shallow and sad at this supposedly giving and happy time of the year!

It’s wonderful that he spent all Sat morn volunteering in that way. It really is inspirational.

The troubling thing is, that attending The Monmouth County Federation of Republican Women’s Holiday Luncheon in that garb is disrespectful, and just plain goofy.

I told you so! Now do you get it? The man is a buffoon like the village idiot. I do not want to be mean, honestly. It is just that this is the deal with this man. He should not be a Freeholder. He should be the class clown.

He is not taken seriously in Howell at all. Have you ever heard him speak? Have you ever heard him try and explain something?

Get a load of this beauty from an old Howell Meeting before he was Mayor. Will make you cringe. Listen from about minute 4 and after. It is “Rocky Balboa” in Howell. You NEED TO SEE and hear this please (cut and paste into your browser):

Look, if you want a guy to play a round of golf with or have a beer, bumbling Bob is your man. But Freeholder? Please!

And this he’s a generous guy donating his time crap? Please. Its so he can get the pat on the rump. He tells people every day all the stuff he does and how much he donates. Someone that really believes in it does it without having to tell everyone and look for the recognition.

This picture will spare the County a BIG mistake, trust us!

so sad to hear there are such miserable, unhappy, jaded, and vicious people out there, who will never miss an opportunity to turn a good thing into something bad or negative, just to make themselves “feel better”..look, either the voters will “get” him as he is, and feel the person is a good, genuine, and decent man who wants to do the right thing, or they will choose to see any shortcomings, (which, by the way, every human has), or not..it’s the desire to serve and help that transcends looks/ quirks, rather than a few angry detractors, that mean more to me… suggest such folks keep taking your “anti-acid” meds, you sure need them!..

  8. hey, "Concerned": said at 6:01 pm on December 14th, 2011:

that was an annual, very informal, pleasant, social luncheon, at which nearly every attendee was wearing something indicative of the holiday season: colorful sweaters, pins, bells for earrings, and the like: have you ever worn a patriotic shirt, pin, emblem, or some team’s jersey, or painted your face at a game or party?.. yeesh!- lighten the heck UP!…. the event was NOT a public meeting, ceremony, or funeral, for God’s sake!..

    @hey,
On second thought, I guess you’re right.
    Bob’s attire fit right in.

Imagine this come Freeholder re-orgaization day:

    Roll Call:

    Director Curley:HERE
    Freeholder Burry: HERE
    Freeholder Arnone: HERE
    Freeholder Rich: HERE

Freeholder Walsh: (gasp from the crowd….long pause…). Again, Freeholder Walsh:

“Yo, where are we on the agenda? I vote yeah…yo!

Think this is a joke? It is not. Trust us.

LOL, that is a great photo. I think there is something to be said for a politician who doesn’t take himself to seriously.

  12. Truth Hurts from Howell said at 6:55 pm on December 15th, 2011:

Take himself seriously? Are you kidding? NOBODY takes him seriously. He is the butt of the joke. If Rob Clifton dressed up like Santa for kids hat would be on thing. He is a serious public servant. But Bumbling Bob? Please. What don’t you people see?????? Did you watch the web video? The only difference is that he does not wear the clown (or elf) costume to town council meetings. Other that that he always acts like a clown.

and unfulfilled requests/demands sure makes for some bitter regurgitation, and hence, boredom to readers… get over it, someone very apparently didn’t get what they wanted: it’s called life: time to deal like a grownup, and move on!..at Marlboro’s c.c. meeting, Bob was right on his points, explaining how governments on all levels have promised and spent too much, for too long, we can’t afford it all any more, and they have to gradually be made smaller: sounds like what many people are looking for in a leader today, to me..he also was the only one who was aware of the county’s efforts to grow Monmouth and help businessess..it helps, if one wants to be a freeholder, if one at least comes to a few meetings, reads the budget, and checks out the entire county website that details all existing departments and services- then perhaps they can add their ideas to what is already happening….
