Call Senator Bob “Never Mind” Menendez right now, 202-224-4744, and tell him he is wrong on this bill just like he was wrong on Judge Patty Shwartz.

    This is clearly so far from Article 1, Section 8 that legislative support for it is another example of arrogance for Americans.

    It is difficult for me to understand why any legislator would even consider this nonsense. Especially those “Republicans” who started off the legislative season last year reading the Supreme Law.

    It is also difficult for me to understand why the voting majority does not care about the actions of these clowns.

    I notice that both Romney and Gingrich said that they support it and would vote for it. Thank God that neither of those two guys are in Congress.

    And Christie is supporting one of these guys?
